Contact
One address covers everything to do with this site.
- admin@bikepartsfinder.com
There is deliberately no contact form, because a form would mean collecting and storing your details and there is no reason to do that.
What is worth emailing about
- Corrections. If something on this site is factually wrong, particularly about parts numbering, fitment or supply, please say so. It will be checked and fixed.
- Data protection requests. Anything covered by the privacy policy, including access or deletion requests.
- Permission to reuse content. Usually granted for reasonable use with a credit.
- Questions about how the site earns. Covered on the affiliate disclosure page, but ask if anything is unclear.
What cannot be helped with
This is not obstruction, it is simply outside what this site can do.
- Problems with an eBay order. Refunds, returns, damaged items and non-delivery are between you, the seller and eBay buyer protection. This site is not part of the transaction and cannot chase a seller.
- Identifying a part for your specific bike. Fitment has to be confirmed against your own frame and engine numbers, which a dealer parts department will do from a parts diagram.
- Diagnosing a fault. That needs someone looking at the machine.
- Valuations. Completed eBay listings are a better guide than any opinion offered here.
Response times
This site is run by one person alongside other work, so a reply may take a few days. Data protection requests are answered within one month, as the law requires.
